Victor Eng is currently the  V. P. of Education. Victor has been a member of OCA - GA for over 25 years.  Along the way he also held the V. P. of Cultural Affair position.  As V. P. of Education, Victor is responsible for the annual scholarship and the MAAP program.

Currently Victor is a member of the National Association of Chinese American (NACA) and was its president back in the 1990s.  Victor is also a member of the Kwong Tung Association of Atlanta.

Victor is now retired from UPS after 32 years of service as an electrical engineer.
