40 Year Anniversary

OCA-Georgia Scholarship and MAAP

OCA-Georgia annual scholarship award is sponsored by AT&T/InspirAsian. We solicit all eligible Georgia Asian high school seniors for the competition. Eligibility includes must first have at least a GPA score of 3.0; SAT/ACT score consideration, academic achievements, community services and talents. Two (2) candidates with highest cumulative scores will be awarded as scholarship winners. Each winner will receive USD$1000 towards their higher education.

OCA-Georgia also have our MAAP (Mentoring Asian American Professionals) Program. Experienced or senior level managers (all volunteers) from Atlanta area corporations such as (past participants) Home Depot, Coca Cola, UPS et al ~ are matched as “mentors”, with lower management prospects (as “mentees”) to foster mutually agreed 1-1 professional development relationship in sharing knowledge, skills and abilities. The purpose is to inspire and to guide “mentees” in professional growth and success, and in overall well-being.
