Joan had a successful career at AT&T for 25 years, with roles such as part of team that converted analog to digital signals paving the way for the digital revolution, and in the global network Operation Center responsible for upgrading the dialing structure from 7 digits to 10 digits, a system that randomly picked the telephone numbers that is still used today. Joan is proud to have contributed to these two projects that have shaped the communication landscape of America.

Joan also worked for the WFG (World Financial Group) for 16 years, assisting individuals and families to achieve their financial goals and dreams through a variety of products and services such as life insurance, retirement planning, Long Term Care and wealth-building strategies. Joan takes pride in being part of a company that provided financial education and empowerment to people from all walks of life.
